Annual General Meeting 2025

Dear Valued HL7NZ Member,

We cordially invite you to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting of HL7 New Zealand.

This year’s meeting will be held virtually, via Zoom, on Thursday 2nd October 2025 at 3:00pm. A copy of the Agenda and the minutes of last year’s AGM are attached.

You are requested to advise your attendance in advance, to admin@hl7.org.nz , and we will you the Zoom login details 24 hours prior to the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, it would be appreciated if you could complete and return the attached Proxy Voting Form – to admin@hl7.org.nz – by 3:00pm on Wednesday 1st October.

Nominations for 7 open Board Positions are now open and require the completion and return of the attached Nomination Form – to admin@hl7.org.nz – by 3:00pm on Wednesday 1st October.
