Annual General Meeting 2026

The 2026 HL7 New Zealand Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday 19th August at 3:00pm virtually via ZOOM.  

The Chairman and Treasurer Annual Reports, presented to the Meeting, can be found in the minutes 

At the meeting, the following members were elected to the Board:

John Carter, Peter Jordan, Prashanth Koval, Kyle Martin, Daniel Thomson & Matthew Valentine.

At the first meeting of the new Board, held directly afterwards, the following officers were unanimously elected for two-year terms up to the 2028 AGM: John Carter (Chair) and Peter Jordan (Secretary).  Peter Sergent (Vice-Chair) and David Moorhouse (Treasurer) will continue in their roles until the 2027 AGM , having been elected to serve two-year terms following the 2025 AGM.
